摘要
为提升人工智能时代的国际竞争力及培养智慧型人才,韩国在教育信息化深入推进的基础上,于2011年提出“智慧教育战略”(SMART Education Strategy)。该战略包括对教育环境、教育内容、教育方式等的改革诉求,力求实现全方位的教育变革。但同时,韩国智慧教育战略的实施也面临悬置学生主体、虚拟空间乱象频现、教师发展受阻等挑战。目前,我国正处在智慧教育高速建设期,韩国实施智慧教育战略的经验与教训可为我国未来的智慧教育发展提供如下启示:(1)打破传统教育时空限制,建构智慧学习空间;(2)开发数字教育资源,培养智能数字土著;(3)强化教师智慧实践能力,全面提升教师信息素养;(4)融技术与育人于一体,实现自适应学习。
For the sake of sharpening the world competitiveness in the era of Artificial Intelligence and training intelligent talents,Korea,on the basis of rapid development of Education Informatization,has launched a Smart Education Strategy which contains the revolutionary demand for educational environment,educational content and educational approach in 2011 and strives to achieve an all-round reform.In the meantime,failure to embody students,disorderly virtual space and slow teachers improvement are challenging the implementation of the Smart Education Strategy.Therefore,considering the lessons of failure of Korea,We propose four principles to Smart Education of our nation as follow:First,to break through the limits of time and space of the traditional and re-construct a Smart Learning Space.Second,to establish digital Education Source Base and foster the Smart Digit talents for our own.Third,to intensify practical ability of teachers and fully enhance teachers'information literacy.Last,to combine technologies and educating so the adaptive learning can realize.
