Preparation of A Kind of Cathodic Electrophoretic Paste with High Dispersion and Corrosion Resistance

合成了两种阴极电泳涂料的分散树脂,其中一种是带有噁唑烷酮结构和季铵盐结构的分散树脂涂料,一种是常规路线合成的分散树脂。所制备的带有噁唑烷酮结构和季铵盐结构的阴极电泳涂料,能有效提高颜料分散性和槽液稳定性,且拥有更好的防腐性能。

Two kinds of dispersion resins for cathodic electrophoretic coatings were synthesized.One is a dispersion resin with oxazolidone structure and quaternary ammonium salt structure,and the other is a dispersion resin synthesized by conventional route.The prepared cathodic electrophoretic coating with oxazolidone structure and quaternary ammonium salt structure can effectively improve the pigment dispersion and bath stability,and has better corrosion resistance.
