摘要
根据2021年中国第七次人口普查数据,全国总人口14.1178亿,其中65岁以上人口占13.5%,远超过国际老龄化社会的标准(65岁以上>7.0%),平均寿命76.1岁,高于2019年(74.6岁)[1]。老龄化人口基数大,平均寿命延长,是我国人口目前最突出的特点,而这也正是退变性骨关节炎发病率高、患病群体大的重要原因。另外,在国家和政府的倡导下,体育运动日趋全民化和日常化,运动损伤成为青壮年群体的高发性疾病。北京一高校调查研究发现,2年内发生运动损伤共903起,其中以课外活动时发生的损伤为主。
The morbidity of articular cartilage injury and osteoarthritis is ever increasing along with population aging and sports injury of young adults.Knee-preservation is desired by doctors,especially patients.However,comprehensive understanding and appropriate method are keys to the satisfactory clinical results.This paper will illustrate the connotation and means of knee-preservation to provide references for doctors in the treatment of different stages of knee osteoarthritis.
