分蘖洋葱组培苗启动和生根培养基的优化 被引量:1

Optimization of Tissue Culture Seedling Startup and Rooting Medium of Tillering Onion

摘要 为优化分蘖洋葱组培苗的培养条件,以分蘖洋葱鳞茎茎尖为试验材料,分别接种于4种不同启动培养基上进行培养,研究不同激素组合对分蘖洋葱组培苗农艺性状的影响。试验结果表明:MS+0.4 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA为分蘖洋葱组培苗最优启动培养基。以启动培养得到的分蘖洋葱组培苗为试验材料,分别接种于3种不同生根培养基上进行生根培养,研究不同激素组合对分蘖洋葱组培苗形态指标、根系的影响。结果表明:1/2MS+0.01 mg/L NAA+1.5 mg/L IBA+0.1 mg/L PP333为分蘖洋葱组培苗最优生根培养基。 To optimize the culture conditions of the tissue culture seedling of tillering onion, the tip of the tillering onion bulb was used as test material, which was inoculated on 4 different starter media for cultivation, and the effects of different hormone combinations on the agronomic characteristics of the tissue culture seedling of tillering onion were studied. The results show that MS+0.4 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA is the optimal starting medium for the tissue culture seedling of tillering onion. The tissue culture seedling of the tillering onion obtained by starting the culture was used as test material. They were respectively inoculated in 3 rooting culture which was carried out on different rooting media to study the effects of different hormone combinations on the morphological indexes and root system of the tissue culture seedling of tillering onion. The results show that 1/2 MS+0.01 mg/L NAA+1.5 mg/L IBA+0.1 mg/L PP333 is the optimal rooting medium for the tissue culture seedlings of tillering onion.
