摘要 结合隔河岩500 kV GIS设备一起内部放电故障及其过程,从诊断试验和解体检查两方面分析故障原因,对设备进行在线监测试验,结合超声波、超高频局部放电检测技术及SF6气体成分检测大龄设备绝缘的老化趋势。经对设备针对性检修,采取应对措施,预防此类故障,保障了机组安全运行。 A grounding fault of the 500 kV gas insulated switchgear(GIS)device in Geheyan Hydropower Station is analyzed.Possible causes of the fault are determined with diagnosis tests and disassembly inspection.It is also suggested that online monitoring tests of the equipment should be carried out and combined with the ultrasonic,UHF partial discharge detection technology and SF6 gas composition detection to determine the ageing trend of the insulation of older equipment.Then,targeted maintenance of the equipment and prevention measures could be taken to ensure the safe operation of the unit.
