水布垭电厂推力瓦锁定装置结构优化设计

摘要 针对水布垭2号机组推力瓦往大轴方向发生径向位移,并有部分推力瓦存在卡死的情况,分析产生推力瓦径向位移的原因,制定出对应解决方案。通过改进推力瓦安装工艺,优化推力瓦锁定装置结构,近2年的检查表明,推力瓦径向位移问题基本得到控制。 In the 2#unit in Shuibuya Hydropower Plant,radial movements of the thrust bearing pads towards the main shaft and even locking of some pads are observed.Possible reasons of the fault are analyzed and corresponding treatment measures are proposed.The installation process of the thrust pads is improved and the structure of the locking device is optimized.The maintenance work in recent two years shows that the radial movement problem of the thrust pads is basically controlled.
