摘要
针对水布垭电厂主变压器呼吸器管路过热现象,对其过热原理进行了建模分析,依据模型分析结果,判别其发生过热现象的影响因素,经制定有效措施降低呼吸器管路的涡流发热,通过试验及实际验证了措施的有效性。
In Shuibuya Hydropower Plant,an overheating fault of the respirator pipeline in the main transformer is observed.With the modeling analysis,possible causes and influential factors of the fault are determined.Then,an effective measure of replacing the magnetic material pipeline with non-magnetic material pipeline are proposed to reduce the vortex heating.The effectiveness of the proposed measure is then verified by in-situ test and practical performance.
