韩国疾病诊断相关分组支付制度改革经验与启示

Experience of South Korea Diagnosis-related Group Payment System Reform and Its Enlightenment for China

目前我国疾病诊断相关分组(diagnosis-related group,DRG)处于试点阶段,并将在支付制度改革中扮演更为重要的角色。通过对韩国DRG支付制度改革的推进过程、基本模型和实施效果的探讨,得出我国DRG支付制度建设中应注意采取分阶段实施策略,注重分类推进;增强医院成本意识,完善成本核算体系;完善监控体系,建立动态调整机制的启示,为我国DRG支付制度改革建设及实施提供有益借鉴及参考。

At present,the diagnosis-related group(DRG)in China is in the pilot stage and will play a more important role in the reform of the payment system.Through the discussion on the reforming process,basic model and implementation effect of the DRG payment system reform in South Korea,we concludes that in the construction of DRG payment system in China,we should pay attention to the phased implementation strategy,the classified promotion;enhance the hospital cost awareness,improve the cost accounting system;improve the monitoring system,and establish the enlightenment of dynamic adjustment mechanism,which will provide useful enlightenment and reference for the construction and implementation of China’s DRG payment system.
