基于CiteSpace的我国老年人生命质量研究可视化分析

Visual analysis of quality of life research of the elderly in China based on CiteSpace

目的直观展示我国老年人生命质量的研究现状、研究热点及变化趋势,为老年人生命质量研究提供参考。方法采用CiteSpace软件对中国期刊全文数据库收录的老年人生命质量研究相关文献从研究机构、著者、高频关键词等方面进行可视化分析。结果老年人生命质量研究文献数量总体呈增长趋势,各著者团队、研究机构合作程度低,研究热点集中于影响因素、社会支持、慢性病、社区、抑郁和养老机构,未来健康教育、医养结合、养老模式方向将日益受到关注。结论需加强该领域的著者之间和研究机构之间的合作,研究方向逐渐偏向不同养老模式下以及弱势群体的老年人群,更加关注老年人心理健康。

Objective To analyze the research status quo,research hotspots and its changing trends of quality of life research of the elderly in China.Methods Data on quality of life of the elderly were downloaded from CNKI database.The CiteSpace software was used to explore the related research regarding research organizations,author and co-word.Results The number of literatures on the study of the quality of life of the elderly is generally increasing.The degree of cooperation among the authors and research institutions is low.The research hotspots in this field are focused on influencing factors,social support,chronic diseases,community,depression and nursing home.Health education,integration of medical and nursing,and old-age care models will be increasingly concerned in the future.Conclusion The cooperation between authors and research institutions in this field should be strengthened,and the research direction should gradually focus on the elderly under different pension models and some vulnerable groups,and more attention should be paid to the mental health of the elderly.
