消乳散结胶囊联合小金片对乳腺增生患者乳腺超声指标及激素水平的影响

Effects of Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules Combined with Xiaojin Tablets on Ultrasound Indexes and Hormone Levels of Patients with Mammary Hyperplasia

目的探讨消乳散结胶囊联合小金片对乳腺增生患者乳腺超声指标及激素水平的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年10月揭阳市人民医院收治的126例乳腺增生患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各63例。对照组予以小金片治疗,观察组加用消乳散结胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、乳腺超声指标、激素水平和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为93.65%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后输乳管内径、乳腺腺体层厚度、低回声区直径和肿块直径为(1.03±0.18)mm、(5.13±1.04)mm、(11.25±1.68)mm、(1.12±0.21)mm,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后孕酮水平为(3.27±0.58)mmol/L,高于对照组,雌二醇、催乳素水平为(613.52±45.74)pmol/L、(11.34±2.05)μg/L,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论消乳散结胶囊联合小金片可提高乳腺增生治疗效果,改善患者体内激素水平,加快肿块消失,安全可靠。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules combined with Xiaojin Pills in the treatment of breast hyperplasia and its influence on hormone levels.Methods A total of 126 patients with breast hyperplasia admitted to Jieyang People’s Hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and were assigned into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xiaojin tablets,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules.The clinical efficacy,breast ultrasound indexes,hormone levels and adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.65%,which was higher than 80.95% in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);in the observation group,the inner diameter of the breast duct,the thickness of the breast glands,the diameter of the hypoechoic zone and the diameter of the mass after treatment were(1.03±0.18)mm,(5.13±1.04)mm,(11.25±1.68)mm,(1.12±0.21)mm,lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the progesterone level of the observation group after treatment was(3.27±0.58)mmol/L,higher than the control group,the estradiol and prolactin levels were(613.52±45.74)pmol/L,(11.34±2.05)μg/L,lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules combined with Xiaojin Pills can enhance the therapeutic effect of breast hyperplasia,improve the hormone levels in patients,accelerate the disappearance of tumors,and promote the recovery of breast ultrasound,which is safe and reliable.
