情景教学法在证据法学案例式教学中的应用探索

摘要 在证据法学案例式教学中应用情景教学法,是通过情景模拟的方法再现证据法学知识,培养学生的执法意识与能力。该教学法既适应证据法学的学习要求,也紧贴教学实战化的价值指向。在具体应用中,通过科学重构证据法学课程体系、周密细心备课、优化课堂情景模拟和改善课程考核方法来实现。在实现教学效果的过程中,要注意扩展学生的知识视野,及时更新教学案例库,完善执法实战能力评价体系的生成。 The application of situational teaching method in the case teaching of evidence law is to reproduce the knowledge of evidence law through the method of situational simulation,and cultivate students'law enforcement awareness and ability.The teaching method not only adapts to the learning requirements of evidence law,but also closely follows the value orientation of teaching actual combat.In specific applications,it is achieved through scientific reconstruction of the evidence law curriculum system,careful preparation of lessons,optimization of classroom scenario simulation and improvement of course assessment methods.In the process of achieving the teaching effect,attention should be paid to expanding students"knowledge horizons,updating the teaching case database in time,and improving the evaluation system of law enforcement actual combat ability generation.
