老龄服务机器人物理界面设计评估模型

摘要 交互界面设计质量是保障人机系统运行效率的关键。为评估老龄服务机器人物理界面的可用性水平,以老年用户为研究对象,探索服务机器人物理界面设计评估模型。选取50名老年样本,依据评价等级划分综合评估分值区间,参照设计评估体系对机器人实例进行模糊综合评价。基于改进群组层次分析法(GD-AHP),结合德尔菲专家评估法构建各指标判断矩阵,从功能、尺寸、交互、色彩与外观五方面建立老龄服务机器人物理界面设计评估指标体系,利用聚类分析计算一致度系数,获得各层级指标权重数值,最终构建评估理论模型。运用模糊综合评价法依据老龄服务机器人物理界面评估体系对服务机器人实例进行综合评价分析可得评估模型合理。该评估模型能有效反映机器人设计阶段各要素的关联属性,评价结果符合实际设计流程,评估系统能提高产品产出品质,可以有效减少设计问题的出现。 The design quality of interactive interface is the key to ensure the operation efficiency of man-machine system.In order to evaluate the availability level of physical interface of service robots for the aged,an evaluation model for physical interface design of service robots was explored with elderly users as the research object.50 elderly samples were selected,and the comprehensive evaluation score interval was divided according to the evaluation grade,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was carried out according to the design evaluation system.Based on the improved group analytic hierarchy process(GD-AHP),combined with the Delphi expert evaluation method to construct the judgment matrix of various indicators,the paper established the physical interface design evaluation index system of the aging service robot from the five aspects of function,size,interaction,color and appearance,used the clustering analysis to calculate the consistency coefficient to obtain all levels index weight value,and finally constructed the evaluation model.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the service robot instances according to the physical interface evaluation system of service robot for the aged,and the evaluation model was reasonable.The evaluation model can effectively reflect the associated attributes of each element in the robot design stage,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual design process.The evaluation system can improve the product quality and effectively reduce the occurrence of design problems.
