巷道围岩应力场分析及巷道支护机理研究

摘要 采用数值模拟软件模拟巷道围岩的应力场、位移场特征。研究表明,巷道所在岩层层面两侧及掘进面前方存在一个U型环状支承应力区;巷道围岩顶板、两帮最大塑性半径分别达到3 m、2.5 m;确定了顶部锚杆长度为3.0 m,帮部为2.5 m,间排距都为800 mm×800 mm;理论计算巷道顶板单位面积内需要锚杆为3根。 Numerical simulation software is used to simulate the characteristics of stress field and displacement field of roadway surrounding rock.The results show that there is a U-shaped ring supporting stress area on both sides of the rock layer where the roadway is located and in front of the heading face.The maximum plastic radius of surrounding rock roof and two sides of roadway reach 3 m and 2.5 m respectively.The length of the top anchor is 3.0 m,the side is 2.5 m,and the row spacing is 800 mm×800 mm.According to the theoretical calculation,there are three bolts needed in the unit area of roadway roof.
