干河煤矿三采区辅助运输巷过断层技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 干河煤矿三采区辅助运输巷在掘进过程中将通过断层,为保证大巷的顺利掘进,使大巷能够安全地通过断层,在探究断层的构造特征后,设计"预注浆+巷道掘进+巷道支护+监测监控+补强支护"的过断层方案,确定合理的过断层施工工艺,采用"喷砼+锚杆(索)+金属网+钢丝绳"的方式对巷道进行支护,并对围岩表面变形情况进行监测。监测结果显示,断层位置处围岩表面均未产生过大变形量,巷道围岩的稳定性得到了有效保障。 The auxiliary transportation roadway in the third mining area of Ganhe Coal Mine will pass through the fault in the process of excavation.In order to ensure the smooth excavation of the main roadway and make the main roadway pass through the fault safely,after exploring the structural characteristics of the fault,the fault crossing scheme of"pre grouting+roadway excavation+roadway support+monitoring+reinforcement support"is designed to determine the reasonable fault crossing construction technology.The method of"shotcrete+anchor bolt(cable)+metal mesh+wire rope"is adopted to support the roadway,and the deformation of surrounding rock surface is monitored.The monitoring results show that there is no large deformation on the surface of surrounding rock at the fault location,and the stability of surrounding rock is effectively guaranteed.
