摘要
为控制底板变形,提出了浅部围岩固化+深部高压注浆+混凝土固化技术,并在大西煤矿开拓巷道底鼓治理段进行工程应用。结果表明,底鼓现象的实质是巷道底板围岩中的裂隙不断发育,与巷道周围的应力变化、围岩岩性有关;底板注浆可以有效控制底鼓,巷道底板变形速度逐渐放缓,底板围岩自承载能力得到显著提升。
In order to control the floor deformation,the technology of shallow surrounding rock solidification+deep high-pressure grouting+concrete solidification is proposed and applied in the floor heave treatment section of development roadway in Daxi Coal Mine.The results show that the essence of floor heave is the continuous development of cracks in the surrounding rock of roadway floor,which is related to the stress change around the roadway and the lithology of surrounding rock.Floor grouting can effectively control floor heave,the deformation speed of roadway floor gradually slows down,and the self bearing capacity of floor surrounding rock is significantly improved.
