井底车场围岩不稳定区返修加固技术应用

摘要 针对兴无煤矿副斜井井底车场掘进后在短时间内巷道围岩变形严重,特别是巷道交叉段两帮出现严重收缩现象,降低了巷道整体稳定性,不利于后期车场安全行车,研究决定对井底车场严重变形区采取"注浆加固+注浆锚索"联合返修加固技术。通过实际应用,采取措施后井底车场变形得到控制,有效解决了大断面巷道支护效果差等难题。 In view of the serious deformation of surrounding rock in the roadway after the excavation of the auxiliary inclined shaft in Xingwu Coal Mine,especially the serious shrinkage of two sides of the roadway intersection section,which reduces the overall stability of the roadway and is not conducive to the safe driving of the later parking lot.It is decided to adopt the combined repair and reinforcement technology of"grouting reinforcement+grouting anchor cable"for the serious deformation area of the underground parking lot.Through practical application,the deformation of the bottom of the shaft is controlled after taking measures,which effectively solves the problem of poor support effect of the large section roadway.
