摘要
针对野川煤矿3203工作面回采过程中顶板破碎、端面距加大、煤壁片帮严重等现象,分析了工作面顶板破碎机理,提出了"注浆加固+撞楔超前支护+支架平铺顶梁"联合支护技术。在后期回采过程中顶板端面距控制在0.4 m以下,支架工作阻力提高至额定值93%以上,工作面端面破碎现象得到有效控制。
Aiming at the phenomena of roof breakage,increasing end face distance and serious rib spalling in the 3203 working face of Yechuan Coal Mine,this paper analyzes the roof breakage mechanism of working face,and puts forward the combined support technology of"grouting reinforcement+wedge striking advance support+support flat roof beam".In the later mining process,the roof end face distance is controlled below 0.4 m,and the support working resistance is increased to more than 93%of the rated value,and the broken phenomenon of working face end face is effectively controlled.
