长城煤矿回采巷道底鼓控制技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决长城煤矿1901N运输巷底鼓显著问题,分析了底鼓变形机理,提出了底鼓控制技术,并根据工作面条件设计了底板锚杆+反底拱支护参数。工业性试验结果表明:底鼓控制技术的应用可有效控制巷道底鼓,同未采取加固段相比,采取底板加固后巷道底鼓量显著降低,保证了巷道能够正常使用,降低了巷道返修工作量和成本,推动矿井安全高效生产。 In order to solve the prominent problem of floor heave in 1901N transportation roadway of Changcheng Coal Mine,the deformation mechanism of floor heave is analyzed,the floor heave control technology is put forward,and the support parameters of floor bolt+inverted arch are designed according to the working face conditions.The industrial test results show that the application of floor heave control technology can effectively control the floor heave of roadway.Compared with the non reinforced section,the floor heave of roadway after floor reinforcement is significantly reduced,which ensures the normal use of roadway,reduces the workload and cost of roadway repair,and promotes the safe and efficient production of mine.
