摘要
针对切顶卸压护巷技术在综采工作面的应用问题,利用数值模拟和现场应用研究手段,对西灵石华苑煤业10202工作面煤层进行了研究。结论为:20 m煤柱和40 m煤柱两种工况下,切顶卸压相比于未切顶时两帮移进量分别减少22%、42%,顶底板移进量分别减少13%、42%。超前支承压力的最大值出现在工作面前方约10 m,其影响范围约为73 m。支承压力最大值出现在工作面9.5 m前的位置,某种程度上可表明采区大巷在70 m停采线煤柱下仍然在经受采动的影响。
In order to solve the application problem of roof cutting,pressure relief and roadway protection technology in fully mechanized working face,the coal seam of the 10202 working face in Xilingshi Huayuan Coal Mine was studied by means of numerical simulation and field application research.The conclusions are as follows:under the two working conditions of 20 m coal pillar and 40 m coal pillar,the displacement of two sides is reduced by 22%and 42%respectively,and the displacement of roof and floor is reduced by 13%and 42%respectively.The maximum value of advance abutment pressure is about 10 m in front of the working face,and its influence range is about 73 m,the maximum value of abutment pressure is 9.5 m in front of the working face.To some extent,it can be shown that the main roadway in the mining area is still under the influence of mining under the coal pillar of 70 m stoping line.
