摘要
11201运输巷掘进时揭露多条断层构造,提出了破碎围岩注浆强化、高预紧力强主动控制、充分发挥坚硬顶板岩层承载性能的断层构造带围岩控制思路与原则,开发了以注浆支护配合锚杆(索)支护的断层构造带围岩控制技术。技术应用后,有效保证了围岩稳定。
Several fault structures were exposed during the tunnelling of the 11201 transportation roadway.The ideas and principles of surrounding rock control in fault structural zone were put forward,which were grouting reinforcement of broken surrounding rock,high pre tightening force and strong active control,and the bearing capacity of hard roof rock was fully exerted.The surrounding rock control technology of fault structural zone was developed,which combined grouting support with bolt(cable)support.After the application of the technology,the stability of surrounding rock is effectively guaranteed.
