摘要
为解决综放工作面过构造带时出现的破碎、垮落、顶板管理难度大等问题,避免因矸石量大造成煤质变差、回采率降低,通过原有瓦斯抽采孔补钻、新施工超前长钻孔的方式,采用长短钻孔组合,及时把握注浆时机,向构造带附近区域实施注浆加固技术。钻孔窥视可见岩体内部平滑完整,回采过程可见破碎岩块胶结成体、垮落减少,实践达到了预期目标。
In order to solve the problems of crushing,caving and difficult roof management when the fully mechanized top coal caving face passes through the structural zone,and avoid the coal quality deterioration and the reduction of recovery rate due to the large amount of gangue,the grouting reinforcement technology is implemented to the area near the structural zone by using the combination of long and short boreholes and grasping the grouting opportunity in time through the way of additional drilling of the original gas drainage hole and new construction of advanced long boreholes.It can be seen from the drilling that the interior of rock mass is smooth and complete,and the cementation of broken rock blocks and the reduction of collapse can be seen in the process of mining.The practice has achieved the expected goal.
