高地温托厚顶煤停采工作面智能化防灭火研究

摘要 针对赵楼煤矿高地温托厚顶煤5310停采工作面停采回撤期间煤层自然发火严重隐患问题,通过对井下现场作业地点的地质条件、顶煤分析、球胆取样及相关分析研究,采取了停采前防灭火措施严落实、通风和降温系统动态管控、注胶防灭火管理精益求精、工作面精准防火预测预报等措施。通过现场实践,防灭火工作取得了较好的预期效果,保障了作业地点的安全生产。 In view of the serious hidden danger of spontaneous fire in the stoppage and withdrawal of the 5310 stoping face of high temperature and thick roof coal in Zhaolou Coal Mine,based on the geological conditions,top coal analysis,bulb sampling and related analysis and research of underground operation site,measures such as strict implementation of fire prevention and extinguishing measures before stopping mining,dynamic control of ventilation and cooling system,continuous improvement of fire prevention and extinguishing management by injecting glue,and accurate fire prevention prediction of working face are taken.Through the field practice,the fire prevention and extinguishing work has achieved good expected results and ensured the safe production of the operation site.
