摘要
针对成庄矿15307工作面设计了液压支架电液控制系统的总体结构,并对支架就地控制、端头集中控制、顺槽监控、地面调度四级进行系统研究,搭建试验平台进行了系统调试和验证。结果表明,系统运行可靠稳定,操作方式简单。
Aiming at the 15307 working face of Chengzhuang Coal Mine,the overall structure of electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support is designed,and the four levels of support local control,end centralized control,channel monitoring and ground dispatching are systematically studied,and the test platform is built for system debugging and verification.The results show that the system is reliable and stable,and the operation mode is simple.
