摘要 针对蒽醌法双氧水生产的危险性,通过计算、分析,进一步量化、强调生产过程中的关键安全控制要点,并采取科学可行的技术措施和严格的管理,对氢化工序氢化塔内的氧含量和氧化塔内溶液酸碱度等关键点进行管控,实现双氧水生产的安全操作,保证了系统的安全长周期稳定运行。 In view of the danger of hydrogen peroxide production by anthraquinone method,the key safety control points in the production process were further quantified and emphasized through calculation and analysis.Scientific and feasible technical measures and strict management were adopted to control the oxygen content in the hydrogenation tower and the pH value of the solution in the oxidation tower in the hydrogenation process,so as to realize the safe operation of hydrogen peroxide production,and ensure the safe long-term stable operation of the system.
