观察封闭式负压吸引治疗在骨科创伤及感染创面的疗效

To Observe the Curative Effect of Closed Negative Pressure Suction on Orthopedic Wound and Infected Wound

目的探究分析封闭式负压吸引治疗方案应用于骨科创伤及感染创面的治疗过程中的疗效。方法在2018年1月-2020年1月收治的骨科创伤及感染创面患者中抽取80例作为观察对象,利用电脑分组方法将患者分为实验组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组采用常规换药方式治疗,实验组采用封闭式负压吸引治疗,对比两组患者的伤口愈合时间、治疗前后的疼痛VAS评分、伤口愈合情况和预后满意度。结果实验组患者在接受封闭式负压吸引治疗后,和对照组患者相比较,伤口愈合时间更短,且治疗后的疼痛VAS评分显著下降,伤口愈合情况更好,患者及其家属的预后满意度更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论封闭式负压吸引治疗方法应用于骨科创伤及感染创面的护理过程中具有较为突出的临床效果,能够显著改善患者的伤口情况,促进伤口愈合,降低疼痛感。

Objective To explore and analyze the curative effect of closed negative pressure suction treatment in the treatment of orthopedic trauma and infected wounds.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,80 cases of orthopedic trauma and infection wound patients were selected as observation objects,and the patients were divided into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40),the control group was treated with conventional dressing change,and the experimental group was treated with closed negative pressure suction.The wound healing time,pain VAS score before and after treatment,wound healing and prognosis satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the experimental group received closed suction treatment,compared with the control group,the wound healing time was shorter,and the pain VAS score after treatment decreased significantly,the wound healing was better,and the prognosis of the patient and his family Satisfaction is higher,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The closed negative pressure suction treatment method has a relatively prominent clinical effect in the nursing process of orthopedic trauma and infection wounds.It can significantly improve the patient′s wound condition,promote wound healing,and reduce pain.It is worthy of further promotion and application in primary hospitals.
