摘要
目的评价临床上微种植体支抗配合固定矫治远中移动上颌磨牙矫治青少年I类骨性安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]的疗效。方法选择骨性I类安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]青少年病例30例为研究对象,应用微种植支抗钉配合固定矫治器远中移动双侧上颌磨牙,治疗前后拍摄头影测量片评价上颌第一磨牙矢状向远中移动的变化,进行统计学分析。结果治疗后30例患者的上下牙列排齐,磨牙关系中性,上颌第一磨牙平均向远中移动2.44 mm(P<0.01),矫治前后差异有统计学意义。结论微种植支抗钉不需依赖患者合作辅助固定矫治器高效远中移动上颌磨牙,快速建立中性磨牙关系,达到治疗目标。
Objective To evaluated the clinical effects of fixed appliance and microimplants aided maxillary molar distalization in the treatment of class Ⅱ malocclusion.Methods Thirty teenagers with class Ⅱ dental malocclusion and class Ⅰ skeletal pattern were selected as subjects,Fixed appliance and microimplants aided maxillary molar distalization were planned for treatment.Lateral head cephalograms were taken before and after treatment.Results The class Ⅱ molar relationship were corrected in all 30 patients.The upper first molars were moved distally by 2.44 mm(P<0.01)on average.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusions Upper molar can be distalized significantly by using microimplants aided fixed appliance without patient cooperation.Class Ⅱ dental malocclusion can be effectively corrected,and the treatment goal can be achieved using our treatment protocol.
