青春期DUB应用宫血宁胶囊配合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗对患者性激素水平的影响

Effect of Gongxuening Capsule Combined with Deoxygestrel Egylestradiol Tablets on Levels of Sex Hormones of Adolescent DUB

目的探究青春期功能失调性子宫出血(DUB)应用宫血宁胶囊配合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗的临床效果与安全性。方法分析收治的青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者临床资料,采取去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗者纳入对照组(n=42),在其基础上予以宫血宁胶囊配合治疗者纳入配合组(n=42)。比较治疗3个月后两组临床疗效、止血情况、药物不良反应差异;比较治疗前及治疗3个月后两组性激素[卵泡雌激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)]水平差异。结果治疗3个月后,与对照组相比,配合组总有效率为[(83.33%)vs(61.90%)]高于对照组(P<0.05);配合组出血控制时间为[(14.25±2.36)vs(28.69±4.71)h]、出血停止时间为[(30.06±5.24)vs(48.39±12.13)h]显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前FSH、LH、E2水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3个月后,与对照组相比,配合组FSH、LH、E2水平[(5.29±1.47)vs(8.56±1.87)IU/L]、[(5.90±1.03)vs(6.82±1.42)IU·L^(-1)]、[(253.61±14.68)vs(297.53±15.36)pmol·L^(-1)]显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组胃肠反应、头痛、乳房胀痛药物不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用宫血宁胶囊配合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗青春期DUB能有效控制出血症状,并调节其性激素水平,该方案安全性较高,具有良好的可行性。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Gongxuening capsule combined with deoxygestrel egylestradiol tablets on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding(DUB).Methods The clinical data of patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Patients treated with deoxygestrel eynlestradiol tablets were included in control group(n=42),and those combined with Gongxuening capsule on this basis were included in combined group(n=42).The differences in clinical efficacy,hemostasis,adverse drug reactions and success rates of hemostasis were compared between the two groups after 3 months of treatment.The sex hormones[follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)]were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 3 months of treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate in combined group was higher than that in control group[(83.33%)vs(61.90%)](P<0.05).The bleeding control time and bleeding stop time in combined group were significantly shorter than those in control group[(14.25±2.36)h vs(28.69±4.71),(30.06±5.24)h vs(48.39±12.13)h](P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of FSH,LH and E2 before treatment between the two groups[(12.52±2.43)IU/L vs(48.39±12.13)IU/L,(8.54±1.48)IU/L vs(8.48±2.08)IU/L,(366.36±13.26)pmol/L vs(362.69±12.15)pmol/L](P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in combined group were significantly lower than those in control group[(5.29±1.47)IU/L vs(8.56±1.87)IU/L,(5.90±1.03)IU/L vs(6.82±1.42)IU/L,(253.61±14.68)pmol/L vs(297.53±15.36)pmol/L](P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence rates of adverse drug reactions such as gastrointestinal reactions,headaches and breast distending pain between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Gongxuening capsule combined with deoxygestrel egylestradiol tablets for adolescent DUB can effectively control bleeding symptoms and regulate the sex hormones levels.This regimen has high safety and good feasibility.
