摘要
目的:老年人进入老年期之后,其身体健康受到很大的影响,也严重影响了其生活质量,因此很多老年人可以通过体育锻炼去改善自己的健康,包括太极拳、八段锦、水上运动等。方法:通过研究分析发现水上运动对老年人的健康起着较大的积极作用。结果:水上运动对老年人身心健康产生较大的积极作用,包括:(1)水中运动对老年人肌肉力量、协调性均有积极作用;(2)水中运动对老年人的呼吸及心血管系统的机能有改善作用;(3)水中运动对老年人身体成分如体脂变化等有积极影响;(4)水中运动对老年人认知功能和心理都有积极的影响。结论:水上运动对老年人的健康有积极意义,本文为水上运动在老年人中的锻炼提供推广依据。
Purpose:After entering the old age,the physical health of elderly is greatly affected,and their quality of life is also seriously affected.Therefore,many elderly people can improve their health through physical exercise,including Taijiquan,Baduanjin,water sports etc.Method:Through research and analysis,it is found that water sports have a greater positive effect on the health of the elderly.Results:Water sports have a greater positive effect on the health of elderly,including:(1)Water exercise has positive effects on muscle strength and coordination of the elderly;(2)Water exercise can promote the cardiovascular system and respiratory system of the elderly;(3)Water exercise has a positive impact on body composition such as body fat changes among the elderly.Water exercise has positive effects on the cognitive function and psychology of the elderly;(4)Conclusion:Water sports are of positive significance to the health of the elderly.This article provides a basis for the promotion of water sports among the elderly.
