摘要
速度滑冰项目中非冰期训练直接影响到上冰期的训练效果,非冰期的力量训练是速度滑冰项目的一个重要训练内容,对冰上训练的成效和比赛成绩的取得具有重要的作用。速度滑冰项目滑冰技术不能脱离力量,力量是技术的基础。因此,本文以训练理论研究为出发点。结合高校速度滑冰实际情况,探索适合高校速度滑冰运动员非冰期力量训练的训练理念,为保证高校速度滑冰运动员非冰期力量训练的系统化、科学化提供客观的理论依据,并致力于提高大学生速度滑冰运动员竞技能力和运动成绩。
The non-ice period training in speed skating has a direct impact on the training effect of the ice period.The non-ice period strength training is an important training content of speed skating,which plays an important role in the training effect and the achievement of competition results.Speed skating skills can not be separated from the strength,which is the basis of skills.Therefore,this paper takes the training theory research as the starting point,combining with the practical situation of speed skating in colleges and universities to explore the training concept of speed skating athletes during non-ice period,in order to provide an objective theoretical basis for the systematic,scientific strength training in non-ice period.Meanwhile,it also devotes to improve speed skating athletic ability and performance of college skaters.
