摘要
科学合理的绩效考核指标体系有利于激发广大教师工作的主动性与创造性,但长期以来中职学校教师的绩效考核管理处于基础教育与高等教育的边缘地带,其中面向体育教师绩效考核更是存在一定的偏向:涉及工作量的绩效考核指标有待完善,关键绩效指标的体育学科属性亟需加强,绩效考核指标的导向性含混模糊;应借助现代人力资源管理的最新技术扭转偏向(转向):完善凸显体育学科特点的绩效考核指标体系,构建以激励与导向为目标的绩效考核评价机制,建立分类分级绩效考核评价标准;运用专家评估法、秩和运算法,构建适用于新时代中职体育教师工作实际和岗位要求的绩效考核指标体系(即3个一级指标和12个二级指标)及其权重比例,并进一步完善实证研究。
Scientific and reasonable performance evaluation index system is conducive to stimulating the initiative and creativity of teachers’work.For a long time,the performance evaluation management of secondary vocational school teachers has been on the edge of basic education and higher education,and there is a certain bias towards the performance evaluation of physical education teachers:the performance evaluation index involving workload needs to be improved,and the physical education of key performance index needs to be improved.The subject attribute needs to be strengthened,and the guidance of performance evaluation index is ambiguous.We should correct the deviation(turn)with the help of the latest technology of modern human resource management:improve the performance evaluation index system that highlights the characteristics of sports discipline,build the performance evaluation mechanism with incentive and guidance as the goal,establish the classified and graded performance evaluation standard;use the expert evaluation method and rank sum calculation methods to construct the performance evaluation index system(i.e.3 first level indexes and 12 second level indexes)and its weight proportion,which is suitable for the work practice and post requirements of the secondary vocational physical education teachers in the new era,and further improve the empirical research.
