击头技术在第十二届全运会跆拳道比赛中的应用分析

Analysis on the Application of Head-hitting Technique in Taekwondo Competition of the 12th National Games

随着跆拳道新规则的出台以及电子护具、电子头盔的应用,对比赛的观赏性、公平性有很大的提高,其中击头技术也得到了更好地运用。跆拳道运动员所具备的击头能力对比赛的结果也有很大的影响。通过对第十二届全运会跆拳道比赛、现场的观察和比赛录像统计,分析男子、女子在跆拳道比赛中的应用,探讨男子与女子击头技术的得分率、击头技术类型、击头技术应用对比,并总结竞技比赛中跆拳道击头技术的应用技巧。为了提高击头技术在跆拳道比赛中的应用效果,应创新和拓宽旧规则,提高击头技术得分能力;开展系统性训练,鼓励运动员多练习和多使用;提高运动员的心理素质,重视日常模拟训练。

With the introduction of new rules of taekwondo and the application of electronic protective devices and electronic helmets,the spectator value and fairness of the competition have been greatly improved,among which the head-hitting technique has been better applied.The ability of a taekwondo athlete to hit the head also has a big impact on the outcome of the competition.Based on the field observation and video statistics of Taekwondo competition in the 12th National Games,this paper analyzes the application of men’s and women’s related techniques in taekwondo competition,discusses the scoring rate,types and application comparison of head-hitting techniques between men and women,and summarizes the application skills of the techniques in taekwondo competition.In order to improve the application effect of head-hitting technique in Taekwondo competition,we should innovate and broaden the old rules and improve the scoring ability of head hitting technique;carry out systematic training,encourage athletes to practice and use more;improve the psychological quality of athletes,and pay attention to the daily simulation training.
