摘要
本文运用文献资料法,数理统计法通过对我国学校课外体育文化的反思,发现我国学校课外体育物质层面存在“时空不足”、“内容无趣”;精神层面“精神符号缺失”;制度层面“具体措施不足”、“政府管理横向发展”、“学校课外体育固化,体育教师人微言轻”等现象。从中国的节日文化视角对我国学校课外体育文化进行架构,搭构由中央政策支持;地方政府监管;社会企业组织承办;学校教师协办;家长、学生共同参与的中国特色“学校课外体育文化节”。
By using the methods of literature and mathematical statistics,this paper reflects on the extracurricular sports culture of our country’s schools,and finds that there are“lack of time and space”and“uninteresting content”in the material level of extracurricular sports;lack of spiritual symbols in the spiritual level;“lack of specific measures,horizontal development of government management,solidification of extracurricular sports in schools,and physical education teachers lack the right to speak”in the institutional level.From the perspective of Chinese festival culture,this paper constructs the school extracurricular sports culture of our country,and outlines the“school extracurricular sports culture festival”with Chinese characteristics,which is supported by the central policy;supervised by the local government;organized by social enterprises;CO organized by school teachers;and participated by parents and students.
