摘要
运动生物化学实验课是体育教育专业等的主要基础课,是学生应用运动生物化学和其他相关学科的基础知识与理论,解决运动实践中实际问题的一门课程。本文根据金课“两性一度”的要求与标准,分析目前运动生物化学实验课教学存在的问题,提出运动生物化学综合性实验教学的模式与方法,为运动生物化学实验课的金课建设提供依据与实用的方法。
Exercise biochemistry experiment course is the main basic course of physical education major.It is a course for students to apply the basic knowledge and theory of sports biochemistry and other related disciplines to solve practical problems in sports practice.According to the requirements and standards of“High-Quality Course”in exercise biochemistry experiment,this paper analyzes the existing problems in exercise biochemistry experiment teaching,puts forward the mode and method of exercise biochemistry comprehensive experiment teaching,and provides the basis and practical method for the construction of exercise biochemistry experiment course.
