摘要
以城市老年女性为研究对象,以对照实验为基本方法,探讨了广场舞运动对女性老年人体质、情绪及睡眠质量的影响。结果表明:女性老年人参加广场舞锻炼12个月后,体质状况明显改善,BMI、坐位体前屈、肺活量、握力、闭眼单足站立及反应时测评结果优于实验前及对照组;消极情绪明显缓解,实验组“SAS”及“SDS”评分明显低于实验前及对照组;睡眠质量明显提高,实验组睡眠质量总分及六个因子分与实验前及对照组比较明显降低。城市老年女性参加系统规范的广场舞锻炼,能够有效地调节情绪,改善睡眠并促进身心健康。
Taking the urban elderly women as the research object and taking the control experiment as the basic method,this paper discusses the influence of square dance on the physique,emotion and sleep quality of the elderly women.The results show that:after 12 months of square dance exercise,the physical condition of the elderly women improved significantly.The results of BMI,sitting forward flexion,vital capacity,grip strength,standing with eyes closed and reaction time were better than those before the experiment and the control group;the negative emotions were significantly relieved,and the scores of“SAS”and“SDS”in the experimental group were significantly lower than those before and in the control group;the sleep quality of the experimental group was significantly improved,and the sleep quality of the experimental group was significantly improved The total sleep quality score and six factor scores were significantly lower than those before the experiment and in the control group.Urban elderly women participating in systematic and standardized square dance exercise can effectively regulate mood,improve sleep and promote physical and mental health.
