摘要
目的:观察处方分析用于中药房药学服务中的效果。方法:选取2019年7-12月开具的中药处方450份,作为对照组,实施常规药学服务。选取2020年1-6月开具的中药处方450份,作为试验组,在常规药学服务基础上进行处方分析。比较两组中药处方不合理情况及药学服务满意度。结果:试验组处方不合理率低于对照组,药学服务满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:处方分析用于中药房药学服务中,能减少不合理处方,提高药学服务满意率。
Objective:To observe the effect of prescription analysis in pharmaceutical care of traditional Chinese pharmacy.Methods:From July to December 2019,450 TCM prescriptions issued were selected as control group and implement conventional pharmaceutical care.From January to June 2020,450 TCM prescriptions issued were selected as the experimental group.Prescription analysis was conducted on the basis of conventional pharmaceutical care.The unreasonable prescription of traditional Chinese medicine and satisfaction of pharmaceutical care were compared between the two groups.Results:The irrational rate of prescription in the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the satisfaction rate of pharmaceutical care was higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prescription analysis can reduce irrational prescriptions and improve satisfaction rate of pharmaceutical care in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy.
