透明帽辅助内镜下注射聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗出血性内痔的临床疗效和安全性分析

Clinical efficacy and safety analysis of transparent cap assisted endoscopic injection of cinnamyl alcohol foam sclerotherapy in the treatment of bleeding internal hemorrhoids

目的:分析透明帽辅助内镜下注射聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗出血性内痔的临床效果。方法:2020年1月-2021年1月收治出血性内痔患者20例,采用透明帽辅助内镜下注射聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗总有效率为95.00%;治疗过程中,疼痛率为15.00%;患者治疗满意度为90.00%。治疗过程中,患者均无并发症情况。结论:对出血性内痔患者使用透明帽辅助内镜下注射聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂进行治疗,能够有效缓解患者疼痛度,提高治疗有效率,安全性极高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of transparent cap assisted endoscopic injection of cinnamyl alcohol foam sclerotherapy in the treatment of bleeding internal hemorrhoids.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2021,20 cases of patients with bleeding internal hemorrhoids were enrolled,they were treated with transparent cap assisted endoscopic injection of cinnamyl alcohol foam sclerotherapy,and the therapeutic effect was observed.Results:The total effective rate of treatment was 95.00%.The pain rate was 15.00%during treatment.The treatment satisfaction of patients was 90.00%.Patients had no complications during the treatment.Conclusion:Transparent cap assisted endoscopic injection of cinnamyl alcohol foam sclerotherapy in the treatment of bleeding internal hemorrhoids,which can effectively relieve the pain of patients,improve the effective rate of treatment,and the safety is high.
