奥氮平与利培酮方案治疗脑器质性精神障碍

Olanzapine and risperidone in the treatment of psychogeny associated with brain disease

摘要 目的:分析奥氮平与利培酮治疗脑器质性精神障碍的临床效果。方法:2019年4月-2020年4月收治脑器质性精神障碍患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用奥氮平治疗;观察组则在奥氮平治疗基础上加入利培酮。比较两组临床疗效与不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组治疗后PANSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:奥氮平与利培酮均为脑器质性精神障碍的有效治疗药物,二者联合治疗的效果显著,不良反应发生率较低。 Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of olanzapine and risperidone in the treatment of psychogeny associated with brain disease.Methods:From April 2019 to April 2020,80 cases of patients with psychogeny associated with brain disease were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with olanzapine.The observation group added risperidone on the basis of olanzapine treatment.The clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of PANSS in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).But the PANSS scores between two groups was compared after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both olanzapine and risperidone are effective therapeutic drugs for psychogeny associated with brain disease,the combined treatment of the two drugs has a significant effect,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
