心血管康复治疗对于老年冠心病患者临床疗效的影响

Study on the effect of cardiovascular rehabilitation therapy on clinical efficacy of elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的:研究心血管康复治疗老年冠心病患者的临床应用价值。方法:2019年1月-2020年7月收治老年冠心病患者98例,随机分为两组,各49例。对照组实施常规治疗;试验组实施常规治疗联合心血管康复治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、生活质量评分及住院时间。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者住院时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心血管康复治疗老年冠心病患者,具有较高的应用价值,其在提高患者治疗总有效率及生活质量评分、缩短患者住院时间方面的作用较为突出。

Objective:To study the application value of cardiovascular rehabilitation therapy in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:From January 2019 to July 2020,98 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 49 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment.The experimental group received conventional treatment combined with cardiovascular rehabilitation.The clinical efficacy,quality of life score and lengths of stay time were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lengths of stay in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cardiovascular rehabilitation for elderly patients with coronary heart disease has high application value,its effect on improving the total effective rate of treatment and quality of life score and shortening the lengths of stay is more prominent.
