消旋卡多曲+蒙脱石散对腹泻患儿炎性因子和临床疗效的影响

Observation on the effect of racecadotril+montmorillonite powder on inflammatory factors and clinical efficacy in children with diarrhea

目的:观察蒙脱石散+消旋卡多曲治疗腹泻患儿对炎性因子及临床疗效的影响。方法:2017年6月-2020年6月收治腹泻患儿82例,随机分为两组。试验组给予消旋卡多曲+蒙脱石散治疗;对照组单一采用蒙脱石散治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效和炎症因子水平。结果:试验组治疗后白介素6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹泻患儿联用消旋卡多曲+蒙脱石散治疗的效果显著,能够降低患儿炎性因子水平,并缓解腹泻症状。

Objective:To observe the effect of montmorillonite powder+racecadotril on inflammatory factors and clinical efficacy of children with diarrhea.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2020,82 cases of children with diarrhea were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with racecadotril+montmorillonite powder.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder alone.The clinical efficacy and inflammatory factor levels of children between the two groups were compared.Results:The levels of IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-αin experimental group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of racecadotril+montmorillonite powder in children with diarrhea has a significant effect,which can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in children and relieve the symptoms of diarrhea.
