分娩镇痛对产妇产程与妊娠结局的影响研究

Study on the effect of labor analgesia on labor process and pregnancy outcome

目的:研究分娩镇痛对产妇产程及妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2018年3月-2020年9月在本院分娩的产妇78例,随机数字表法分为两组,各39例。试验组采取分娩镇痛;对照组采取传统分娩。比较两组临床效果。结果:试验组第一产程时间、第二产程时间及第三产程时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组分娩时无疼痛及轻度疼痛的比例明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组产妇产后出血率、胎儿窘迫率、胎粪污染率、胎儿胎心异常率及新生儿窒息率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:为产妇提供分娩镇痛有助于加快分娩产程,改善妊娠结局。

Objective:To study the effect of labor analgesia on labor process and pregnancy outcome.Methods:From March 2018 to September 2020,78 cases of parturients were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each group.The experimental group used labor analgesia and the reference group used traditional labor.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The time of first labor,second labor and third labor of the experimental group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of no pain and mild pain during delivery in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rates of postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress,meconium contamination,abnormal fetal heart rate and neonatal asphyxia in the experimental group were slightly lower than those in the control group,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Labor analgesia for parturients can help them speed up the delivery process and improve the pregnancy outcome.
