肺力咳合剂联合孟鲁司特在咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床价值分析

Analysis of the clinical value of Feilike mixture combined with montelukast in the treatment of cough variant asthma

目的:分析肺力咳合剂联合孟鲁司特治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床价值。方法:2019年4月-2020年4月收治咳嗽变异性哮喘患者236例,随机分为两组,各118例。对照组应用孟鲁司特钠片治疗,观察组使用肺力咳合剂联合孟鲁司特钠片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组干预后日间咳嗽评分及夜间咳嗽评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以孟鲁司特钠为基础联合应用肺力咳合剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘,能够取得满意效果,有效性高,能够积极改善患者夜间及日间咳嗽症状,促进疾病转归。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of Feilike mixture combined with montelukast in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods:From April 2019 to April 2020,236 patients with cough variant asthma were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 118 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium tablets.The observation group was treated with Feilike mixture combined with montelukast sodium tablets.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The daytime cough score and nighttime cough score of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Feilike mixture based on montelukast sodium in the treatment of cough variant asthma can achieve satisfactory results with high effectiveness,and can actively improve the symptoms of night and day cough in patients and promote disease progression.
