益气滋阴方合中药穴位贴敷治疗胃轻瘫气阴亏虚型的临床观察与研究

Clinical observation and research on Yiqi Ziyin recipe combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastroparesis with Qi and Yin deficiency

目的:分析益气滋阴方合中药穴位贴敷治疗胃轻瘫气阴亏虚型的临床效果。方法:2019年2月-2020年2月收治胃轻瘫气阴亏虚型患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。试验组接受益气滋阴方合中药穴位贴敷治疗,对照组接受西药治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后大便干结、恶心呕吐、脘腹胀满等症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气滋阴方合中药穴位贴敷治疗胃轻瘫气阴亏虚具有可行性,与传统西药治疗相比,疗效显著,可显著改善患者临床症状,且用药安全性高,远期疗效满意。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Yiqi Ziyin recipe and traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application in the treatment of gastroparesis with Qi and Yin deficiency.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,120 cases of patients with gastroparesis with Qi and Yin deficiency were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The experimental group received Yiqi Ziyin recipe and traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application.The control group was treated with Western medicine.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms such as dry stool,nausea and vomiting,and abdominal distension in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the clinical treatment of patients with Qi and Yin deficiency of gastroparesis,Yiqi Ziyin recipe combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine is feasible.Compared with traditional Western medicine,the therapeutic effect of this therapy is significant,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and has high safety and satisfactory long-term curative effect,so it has promotion value.
