黄芪建中汤加减治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的临床疗效研究

Study on the clinical effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on gastric ulcer with deficiency of spleen and stomach

目的:探究黄芪建中汤加减治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡患者的临床效果。方法:2018年9月-2019年9月收治脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗;研究组在常规治疗的同时给予黄芪建中汤加减。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗8周后症状评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上给予脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡患者黄芪建中汤加减治疗,可以有效促进患者临床症状的缓解,提高治疗效果,同时还能降低复发率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in the treatment of gastric ulcer with deficiency of spleen and stomach cold type.Methods:From September 2018 to September 2019,80 patients with gastric ulcer with deficiency of spleen and stomach and cold type were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The study group was given Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in addition to conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom scores of the study group were significantly lower than the control group after 8 weeks of treatment,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the study group was significantly lower than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction can effectively promote the relief of clinical symptoms,improve the treatment effect and reduce the recurrence rate of gastric ulcer patients with deficiency of spleen and stomach cold type.
