体外反搏对缺血性心力衰竭患者心功能及NT-proBNP水平的影响

Effects of ECP on cardiac function and NT-proBNP level in patients with ischemic heart failure

目的:探讨体外反搏(ECP)对缺血性心力衰竭患者心功能及NT-proBNP水平的影响。方法:2018年10月-2019年10月收治缺血性心力衰竭患者100例,按照单双数分为两组,各50例。对照组采用常规药物治疗;观察组采用ECP治疗。比较两组临床疗效、心功能及实验室检测指标水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)及左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)指标水平均低于对照组,左心射血分数(LVEF)指标水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及血浆N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用ECP治疗缺血性心力衰竭,可明显改善患者心功能,调控内环境恢复正常运作。

Objective:To investigate the effect of external counterpulsation(ECP)on cardiac function and NT-proBNP level in patients with ischemic heart failure.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2019,100 patients with ischemic heart failure were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to odd and even numbers,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs.The observation group was treated with ECP.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function and laboratory test index levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)index levels in the observation group were lower than the control group,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)index level was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of ECP to treat ischemic heart failure can significantly improve the heart function of patients and regulate the internal environment to restore normal operation.
