注意缺陷多动障碍儿童内分泌激素变化的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童内分泌激素水平的变化。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治ADHD儿童35例,作为研究组;其中混合型20例,注意缺陷型10例,多动-冲动型5例。另选取18例健康儿童,作为对照组。比较各组血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_(3))、四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_(4))、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(4))、促甲状腺激素(TSH)等指标水平。结果:研究组及各亚型组FT_(3)和T_(3)检测水平均在正常范围内,但与对照组相比,差异均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);注意缺陷型T_(3)水平略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组及各亚型组FT_(4)、T_(4)、TSH水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);注意缺陷型T_(4)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ADHD儿童FT_(3)和T_(3)检测结果均在正常范围内升高,ADHD儿童T_(4)水平在正常范围内降低,这说明FT_(3)、T_(3)、T_(4)均与ADHD发病有关,而T_(4)与注意缺陷的发生有关联,TSH水平与ADHD不相关。 Objective:To investigate the changes of endocrine hormones in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,35 cases of ADHD children were selected as the study group,among them,20 cases were mixed type,10 cases were attention deficit type and 5 cases were hyperactivity-impulsive type.Another 18 healthy children were selected as control group.The serum levels of T_(3),T_(4),FT_(3),FT_(4) and TSH were compared in each group.Results:The levels of FT_(3) and T_(3) in sub groups were in the normal range,but compared with the control group,they all increased significantly,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of T_(3) in attention-deficit type was slightly higher than that of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The FT_(4),T_(4) and TSH levels of the study group and each sub group were compared with those of the control group,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The T_(4) level in attention-deficit group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The test results of FT_(3) and T_(3) in ADHD children are both elevated in the normal range.Moreover,the T_(4) level of attention deficit children decreases in the normal range,which indicated that the FT_(3),T_(3),T_(4) are related to the incidence of ADHD,while the T_(4) is related to the occurrence of attention deficit.TSH level is not related to ADHD.
