全面护理风险管理在儿科护理管理中的应用效果评价

Evaluation on the application effect of comprehensive nursing risk management in pediatric nursing management

目的:分析在儿科护理管理中落实全面护理风险管理的临床价值。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年5月儿科患儿82例,随机分为两组,各41例。对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组实施全面护理风险管理,比较两组护理管理效果。结果:观察组管理后患儿家长负性情绪评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组基础护理管理、病房管理以及护理质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理风险事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在儿科护理管理中应用全面风险管理措施具有显著效果,能够有效规避儿科风险事件的发生,对提高护理管理质量具有积极意义。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of comprehensive nursing risk management in pediatric nursing management.Methods:From May 2019 to May 2020,82 cases of children in pediatrics department were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing management.The observation group implemented comprehensive nursing risk management.The effect of nursing management between the two groups was compared.Results:The negative emotion score of the parents in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after management,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of basic nursing management,ward management and nursing quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive risk management in pediatric nursing management has significant effect,which can can effectively avoid the occurrence of pediatric risk events and has positive significance to improve the quality of nursing management.
