延续性中医护理在慢性伤口中的应用效果

Application effect of continuous traditional Chinese medicine nursing in chronic wounds

目的:探讨延续性中医护理在慢性伤口中的临床应用效果。方法:2019年10月-2020年9月收治慢性伤口患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。观察组采用延续性中医护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组创口愈合时间、并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果:观察组伤口愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性伤口在临床治疗中采用延续性中医护理,能更好地促进伤口愈合,缩短治疗时间,减少并发症发生率,同时提升患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of continuous traditional Chinese medicine nursing in chronic wounds.Methods:From October 2019 to September 2020,80 patients with chronic wounds were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The observation group adopted continuous Chinese medicine nursing.The control group adopted conventional nursing.The wound healing time,complication rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of continuous traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the clinical treatment of chronic wounds can better promote wound healing,shorten the treatment time,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve patient satisfaction.
