基于强化手术室清洁消毒隔离护理工作的要点分析

Analysis of the main points of nursing work based on strengthening cleaning,disinfection and isolation in operating room

目的:探究强化手术室清洁消毒隔离护理工作对手术患者预防感染的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年9月手术患者381例,按时间顺序分为两组。对照组(2018年1-12月)实施常规管理;研究组(2019年1-9月)实施强化手术室清洁消毒隔离护理工作。比较两组患者围术期感染发生率及感染类型。结果:研究组围术期感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组切口感染率、肺部感染率及泌尿系统感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:强化手术室清洁消毒隔离护理工作在手术室管理中的应用,能够有效提升护理质量,降低手术患者术后感染情况的发生,提升安全性。

Objective:To explore the effect of intensifying the cleaning,disinfection and isolation nursing work in the operating room on the prevention of infections in surgical patients.Methods:From January 2018 to September 2019,381 surgical patients were selected,they were divided into the two groups in chronological order.The control group(from January to December 2018)implemented routine management.The research group(from January to September 2019)implemented enhanced cleaning,disinfection,and isolation nursing in the operating room.The incidence and types of infection during the perioperative period of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of perioperative infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incision infection rate,lung infection rate and urinary system infection rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the application of operating room cleaning,disinfection and isolation nursing work in operating room management can effectively improve the quality of care,reduce the incidence of postoperative infections in surgical patients,and improve safety.
