摘要
目的:分析在牙周炎患者中实施心理干预与口腔健康教育护理对治疗效果的促进作用。方法:2018年5月-2020年6月收治牙周炎患者96例,随机分为两组,各48例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上加以心理干预与口腔健康教育护理,比较两组患者心理状态、口腔相关健康知识知晓率及牙周相关指标水平。结果:研究组护理后焦虑(SAS)评分、抑郁(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组口腔相关健康知识知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后牙菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数及牙周探诊深度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对牙周炎患者实施心理干预与口腔健康教育,能有效帮助患者树立良好心态,提升患者口腔健康知识水平,促进牙周炎治疗效果的提升。
Objective:To analyze the promoting effect of psychological intervention and oral health education nursing in periodontitis patients.Methods:From May 2018 to June 2020,96 cases of patients with paradentitis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing.The study group carried out psychological intervention and oral health education nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The mental state,oral health knowledge awareness rate and periodontal related index levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of SAS and SDS of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The awareness rate of oral health knowledge in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The plaque index,gingival sulcus bleeding index and the depth of periodontal exploration in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention and oral health education can effectively help patients to establish a good state of mind,improve the level of oral health knowledge and promote the effect of periodontitis treatment.
