试述腧穴的痛敏化

Preliminary description of pain sensitization of acupoints

腧穴的痛敏化是机体在疾病状态下出现穴位处疼痛,或按压某些穴位时,机体所反映出的病理反应点疼痛加剧的现象,其发生有一定的规律性,关于痛敏化机制研究较多,以这些痛敏穴作为靶向点可以协助诊断疾病和帮助治疗选穴,对治愈或减缓疾病有非凡的意义。本研究将从这几方面对腧穴痛敏化加以浅析,以期为腧穴的理论研究及临床应用提供相应的借鉴。

Pain sensitization of acupoints is the pain at the acupoints of the body in the state of disease,Or when pressing some acupoints,the body reflects the phenomenon of increased pain at the pathological reaction points.It happens with some regularity.There are many researches on the mechanism of pain sensitization.Taking these pain sensitive points as the target points can assist in the diagnosis of diseases and help with acupoints selection,which has special significance for curing or slowing down diseases.This study tries to briefly analyze the pain sensitization of acupoints from these aspects in order to provide reference for the theoretical research and clinical application of acupoints.
